Day at the park

Last weekend we went to the Heritage Park at downtown Olympia. There is an oval shaped trail for biking, jogging, running or walking that circles the lake. The park and the lake can be seen also when you are on top of the hill where the Washington State capitol is located.

It was very sunny Sunday afternoon after hubby came home from church I asked him if we can go to the park. I only wanted to go to a park where our DD can ride a swing and play at the playground but hubby brought us to the Heritage Park. Before we went there I asked him to paa by McDonald's to get something then afterward we headed to the park.

When we got there it was very sunny and kinda hot. There were many park goers sitting in front of the lake and some are walking with family and their pets. We ate first our food before we went for a walk. We brought our DD's stroller but she preferred walking so we let her. She walked almost a mile. I took photos of her while she walk alongside her Daddy. I put her back in her stroller when we decided to go up the hill to the state capitol.
