Flip This House

When we first came here in Washington State my hubby's best friend encourages us to venture in real estate. He said that it is really a good career change after hubby's time in the service. He even gave us hint about real estate flipping and earning big bucks out of it. It is really a very good idea. I even thought of taking classes in real estate. I have been watching the tv show flip this house all the time and find it very interesting. From time to time I am researching real estate business. Right now it is somehow not a good idea to venture into it but I think it is a good time to buy a house because the interest rate is low. Hopefully when hubby gets back we can talk about getting our own estate.
